Who these terms apply to
These terms govern your use of weareblue.dog and the following products operated by Blue Dog Digital: Bloodhound, BugDog, Moss & Tale, Fondness, and AdPilot.
Blue Dog Digital is a sole trader business operated by Kyle Marham, based in Wales, UK. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Using our services
You may use our services for lawful purposes only. You must not:
- Use our services to send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malware
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our products
- Use our services in a way that could damage, disable, or impair them
- Resell or sublicense access to our services without written permission
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Payments and subscriptions
Paid products (Moss & Tale, Fondness, Bloodhound Pro) are billed as stated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe or through the Apple App Store / Google Play Store — we do not store your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — email hello@weareblue.dog if you have a billing issue.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. We'll notify active subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
Our content and your content
Content generated by our AI features (stories in Moss & Tale, blog posts in AdPilot, characters in Fondness) is provided for your personal or business use. We do not claim ownership over content generated for you, but we retain rights to the underlying models and systems.
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using our services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to provide the service to you.
Availability and uptime
We aim to keep our services available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Dog Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Our services are provided "as is." We make no warranties about fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of AI-generated content, or uninterrupted service.
Termination
You may stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity of the breach.
On termination, your right to use the service ends. Data deletion follows the process set out in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes by email or via in-product notification. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
